Download this Yanni Windows 95 Plus! Theme. System requirements are Windows 95 and Windows Plus! It cannot be run without these two programs.
To install, unzip the file into your Plus! themes directory and it should be listed in your themes list under 'Control Panel/Desktop Themes' as 'Yanni Theme Music'.

The theme is in a zip file, so you will need unzipping software such as WinZip to access the theme.
